Eeks! I baked the Perfect Party Cake a couple of months ago for my husband’s birthday, and planned on posting the pictures when the cake came around for Tuesdays with Dorie (I knew it would eventually!). But now I can’t find the pictures anywhere! I’ll post them when I find them. 
In short, we loved the Perfect Party Cake. I loved the flavors of lemon, raspberry, and coconut together, and I love the way the layers look when the cake is cut. The cake also wasn’t as hard to make as I thought it would be – it just takes some time to put together. It’s definitely a cake that I will make again. Hopefully, I can locate the pictures soon. Hurry up, Carmen! I am waiting for the pictures!
I’d say missing pictures is a great excuse to make more cake!
I used strawberry jam and cream cheese icing.
LOL That would be me too. That’s why I created a folder called BLOG to put all my food pics in. Now if I could just have a better system for tracking down missing recipes LOL
How frustrating! Like Amanda, I have a separate folder for blog photos, which makes it easy (but somehow pictures of the cat and the garden seem to find their way in there, too!)
Too bad about the pictures!
