Sorry to the other TWders, I didn’t get to bake this week’s Dorie recipe, mainly b/c I don’t own a single cookie cutter and didn’t have time to go out to buy any.    In any case, I already made next week’s so I’ll have that one ready.

Plus, my husband and I are headed out to a trip to the Windy City tomorrow for the weekend.  We went to college in Chicago, and it’s where we met.  I stayed in the city after graduating, and haven’t been back since moving to the DC area 2.5 years ago.  We’re excited to visit and eat some delicious food.  We’ll take pictures and report back early next week!
